Question: How do I register an agency or company in Iran?
The cost of such an operation varies depending on the type of company and the timing for being registered in the Department for Registration of Companies and Non- trading Institutes. The minimum time of registration is 15 days. In free zones, registration requires the following documents:
- Letter of declaration for registration application.
- License of the activity issued by the Organization.
- Minutes of the founders’ General Assembly.
- Minutes prepared in the first meeting of the Board of Directors.
- Certificate issued by one of the banks located in the Zone, attesting that a minimum of 35% of cash capital has been paid
- Company’s Articles of Association
پرسش: چگونه میشود شرکت یا نمایندگی را در ایران به ثبت رساند؟
پاسخ: هزینه لازم برای انجام این کار بسته به نوع شرکت و زمان لازم برای کار ثبت در اداره ثیت شرکت ها مختلف است. حداقل زمان لازم برای ثبت شرکت 15 روز است. در مناطق آزاد ایران مدارک زیر برای ثبت لازم است.
1.اظهار نامه درخواست ثبت.
2.مجوز فعالیت صادر شده توسط سازمان
3.صورت جلسه مجمع عمومی موسسین.
4.صورت جلسه اولین جلسه هیئت مدیره.
5.گواهی صادره از یکی از بانک های منطقه گواه بر این که حداقل 35 درصد از سرمایه نقدی پرداخت شده.
6.اساسنامه شرکت.
Question: What is the minimum capital needed for establishing a company in a free zone of Iran?
Answer: Comparing to the mainland, Free Trade Zones have a large variety of advantages and facilities. A minimum capital, of Rials 1,000,000 (US$100) is required for the private company. Similarly the same amount is required for a Joint Stock Company or a Limited Liability Company
پرسش:حداقل سرمایه مورد نیاز برای تاسیس شرکت در مناطق آزاد چه مقدار است؟
پاسخ: مناطق آزاد تجاری در مقایسه با متاطق اصلی برتری ها و امکانات بیشتری را در اختیار دارد. حد اقل سرمایه مورد نیاز در حال حاضر یک میلیارد ریال برای شرکت های خصوصی میباشد. این مبلغ در شرکت های سهامی خاص و شرکت های مسئولیت محدود نیز صادق است.
