?How much is the amount of bruise payment

In previous articles, we examined money and its amount for different conditions. We said that under the law it is a crime to attack and harm other parts of the body and that the guilty person must pay a special ransom. We know and we have pointed out many times that it is a monetary ransom according to Article 17 of the Islamic Penal Code, which in the Holy Shariah, is prescribed by law for involuntary crimes or willful crimes against self, members and interests Yes. In this article, we are going to examine and calculate the Bruges payment under different scenarios. If you have any questions, stay with us in this article.

Based on the article we mentioned above, Dih is divided into two categories as follows:

Dih al-makdar: Dih al-makdar, i.e. a certain property which is given against a malicious offence, and its amount is fixed in the Shariah.
Indeterminate Dowry: However, indeterminate dowry is not specified in Shariah and is determined by the court based on the type and quality of the offence.

Bruise

Body lesions, known as black or blue under the skin, are usually caused by trauma. With injury, body tissues are damaged and blood vessels rupture, and blood pools beneath the surface of the skin. However, in the case of wounds, we must consider where the wound occurs.
But in general, when discussing this kind of dowry, you should keep in mind that, contrary to what we mentioned later, because other body parts are not visible, their wound dowry according to paragraph b) Article 714 of the Islamic Penal Code is half of the money. Also, the discussion of concentration of funds i.e. increasing the amount of funds during the restricted months, is not accounted for in terms of funds related to body parts. In good words, we should say that if the wound occurs in the month of Haram, the amount given in the month of Aharam is calculated.

Types of Bruise

In this section, we address the types of Bruise. These types are:

Soreness of the face
Wounds in body parts
and at the end of the sore eye
Below we examine and calculate each of the above types separately. You can use the method of calculating the amount of the rest of the article according to the area of liver damage.

Wounds in the mouth
The first of the wound types is the face. This is because in this case the remaining payments are calculated according to the amount we consider for the face. According to Article 714, paragraph A of the Islamic Penal Code, the payment is three thousandths of the full amount.

But there is one thing. Is the month forbidden or not? For example, for a better understanding, we examine this quantity in 1401 . The value of the full payment, in the non-haram months, from the beginning of 1401, was set at four billion eight hundred million riyals. Therefore, three thousand four hundred and eighty million tomans are calculated for this amount. an amount equivalent to one million four hundred and forty thousand tomans. Now according to this section below we will calculate these other types.

Wounds in body parts
At the beginning of this article, we said that wound money for body parts is half of the face. Therefore, with these explanations, when this amount for the face amounts to three thousand 480 million tomans (assuming the former part according to 1401), in order to calculate this amount, one must first calculate the amount paid for the face. That would cut that cost in half.

As we mentioned in the previous section, those three thousand four hundred and eighty million tomans is the equivalent amount of one million four hundred and forty thousand tomans. As a result, half of one million four hundred and forty thousand tomans is equal to 720,000 tomans.

Eye sores
The last type of bruise payment is to calculate this amount for eyes. Now in this section we will give another example to give us a better understanding of the calculations. Instead of using the given in 1401, we use the given in 1402 so that you can better understand the calculations and their differences. Stay with us.

As we said, according to Article 714 A of the Islamic Penal Code, this payment is three thousandths of the entire amount. This is because the full payment in non-haram months is set at 900 million tomans. Therefore, for the Bruges payment of 1402, an amount equal to 2 million and 700,000 tomans is calculated. Since the eyes are also a part of the face, eyeshadows are calculated in the same way.

?Which institution calculates Bruges dowry

In the conclusion of this section, we refer to the accounts of the institution that gave this and performed this work. At the same time, we refer to the factors affecting this calculation. How to calculate a bruise payment is a specialized and specialist issue. The following important points are mentioned during this calculation:
This must be done by a forensic expert.
According to Article 714, Note 1 of the Islamic Penal Code, it makes no difference whether there is a certain amount of those organs or not, fixing the amount of money for bruising, blackening and redness of the face and other parts of the body.
Also according to this note for calculating the amount of skin bruises, redness and blackness of the face and body parts whether the whole area is bruised or just a part of it, as well as degeneration or… any of the survival of bruises, blackness and redness in its calculation There is no effect.
Finally, based on the notes in the legal article above, there is no specific payment for a scalp transplant. Arash is considered for that.
The amount of dues for sores, redness and darkening of the skin of the face and body parts as prescribed in the Shariah is no longer for bruises and sores.
