Question: what is the meaning of a Trade mark (brand)?
Answer: A Trademark is a specific indication that distinguishes specific goods and services produced by a particular company or person. The origin of this word is from ancient times when craftsmen printed his/her Sign or symptom on his/her artwork.
In later years, these marks were replaced with a modern system of registration and protection of trademarks. This organization helps the consumers to use the specific nature and quality of goods and services that they consider and marked with a special logo.

پاسخ:علامت تجاری یک نشان مشخص است که کالا و خدمات به خصوص که توسط فرد یا شرکت خاصی تولید و فراهم شده اند را متمایز می کند. منشأ آن به زمان باستان بر می گردد ؛ وقتی که صنعت گران امضاها یا علائم خود را روی آثار هنری و کاربردی خود چاپ می کردند. در طی سالها این علامت ها جای خود را به سیستم امروزی ثبت و حفاظت آرم تجاری دادند. این نظام به مصرف کنندگان کمک می کند که از کالاها و خدماتی که ماهیت و کیفیت آنها مورد نظرشان است و با آرم مخصوص مشخص شده اند، بهره بگیرند
Question: How to get power of attorney in several fields
Answer: As your legal issue require numerous powers of attorneys to be set up, please talk to your lawyer about all items. Note that if you visit a lawyer for more than one issue, for example divorce and signing a contract power of attorney, you may get a lawyer just in divorce field. Any other claims that related to divorce are not your lawyer’s commitment. So if you are going to get lawyer for several fields, be sure to mention all items in the contract.
پرسش:گرفتن وکالت در چند زمینه مختلف چگونه است؟
