Question: What is the Public International Law?
answer: It is a branch of law science called as International Law in modern day, and during its history, it has been called with different names. Lexical roots of public international law are in Latin word ‘Jus jentium’ and ‘Jus Civil’. The word that is closer to the concept of the Law of Nations has been entered in the other language like this.

پاسخ:شاخه از علم حقوق که امروزه حقوق بین الملل نامیده میشود در طی تاریخ تحول خود بنام های متفاوت موسوم بوده است. ریشه لغوی (حقوق بین الملل) را باید در کلمه لاتینی (Jus jentium) در مقابل کلمه (Jus Civil) جستجو کرد. این کلمه که به مفهوم حقوق ملل نزدیکتر است به همین صورت وارد زبانهای دیگر شده است
