Iran oil reserves
Question: I need information about Iran’s oil fields.
Answer: Iran’s oil fields contain oil reserves located in Iran’s offshore and onshore territory. Some of these fields are now active and some of them are inactive or are being developed.
According to official statistics published by Iran’s ministry of oil, the total extraction of crude reserves and gas condensate is over 154.8 billion barrels. it is estimated about 10% of the amount of oil in the world.

Answer: Azadegan oil field is the biggest oil field in Iran. This field contains reserves somewhere equivalent to 32.2 billion barrels and recoverable resources of around 5.2 billion barrels have been estimated. Azadegan is the seventh largest oil field in the world. This field contains about 10% of Iran’s recoverable resources.

پاسخ:بزرگترین میدان نفتی ایران، میدان آزادگان است. این میدان، دارای ذخیره درجایی معادل ۳۲٫۲ میلیارد بشکه و نفت قابل برداشت آن نیز؛ ۵٫۲ میلیارد بشکه، برآورد شده است. آزادگان، هفتمین میدان بزرگ جهان می‌باشد. این میدان حدود ۱۰٪ درصد ذخیره کل قابل استحصال ایران را در خود جای داده است.
