Question: About Company Registration in Iran
Answer: According to Islamic Republic of Iran law, any group that wants to jointly do a business job, it first requires registering a company with declared stock and tasks and positions then after obtaining a permit of appropriate agency, it can start his/her business or nonprofit job.

پاسخ: طبق قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران ، هر گروهی که بخواهند یک کار تجاری و یا غیر انتفاعی را به صورت مشترک انجام دهند ، ابتدا باید یک شرکت را با اعلام سهام و وظایف و سمت ها به ثبت برسانند .سپس با اخذ مجوز فعالیت از سازمان مربوطه ، کار تجاری و یا غیر انتفاعی خود را شروع نمایند
Question: What is the minimum capital needed for establishing a company in a free zone of Iran?
Answer: Comparing to the mainland, Free Trade Zones have a large variety of advantages and facilities. A minimum capital, of Rials 1,000,000 (US$100) is required for the private company. Similarly the same amount is required for a Joint Stock Company or a Limited Liability Company
پرسش:حداقل سرمایه مورد نیاز برای تاسیس شرکت در مناطق آزاد چه مقدار است؟
پاسخ: مناطق آزاد تجاری در مقایسه با متاطق اصلی برتری ها و امکانات بیشتری را در اختیار دارد. حد اقل سرمایه مورد نیاز در حال حاضر یک میلیارد ریال برای شرکت های خصوصی میباشد. این مبلغ در شرکت های سهامی خاص و شرکت های مسئولیت محدود نیز صادق است.
