Question: What is the Public International Law?
Answer: It is a branch of law science called as International Law in modern day, and during its history, it has been called with different names. Lexical roots of public international law are in Latin word ‘Jus jentium’ and ‘Jus Civil’. The word that is closer to the concept of the Law of Nations has been entered in the other language like this.

پاسخ:شاخه از علم حقوق که امروزه حقوق بین الملل نامیده میشود در طی تاریخ تحول خود بنام های متفاوت موسوم بوده است. ریشه لغوی (حقوق بین الملل) را باید در کلمه لاتینی (Jus jentium) در مقابل کلمه (Jus Civil) جستجو کرد. این کلمه که به مفهوم حقوق ملل نزدیکتر است به همین صورت وارد زبانهای دیگر شده است.
Question: what is the meaning of a Trade mark (brand)?
Answer: A Trademark is a specific indication that distinguishes specific goods and services produced by a particular company or person. The origin of this word is from ancient times when craftsmen printed his/her Sign or symptom on his/her artwork.
In later years, these marks were replaced with a modern system of registration and protection of trademarks. This organization helps the consumers to use the specific nature and quality of goods and services that they consider and marked with a special logo.

پاسخ:علامت تجاری يك نشان مشخص است كه کالا و خدمات به خصوص كه توسط فرد يا شرکت خاصي توليد و فراهم شده اند را متمايز مي كند. منشأ آن به زمان باستان بر مي گردد ؛ وقتي كه صنعت گران امضاها يا علائم خود را روي آثار هنري و كاربردي خود چاپ مي كردند. در طي سالها اين علامت ها جاي خود را به سيستم امروزي ثبت و حفاظت آرم تجاري دادند. اين نظام به مصرف كنندگان كمك مي كند كه از كالاها و خدماتي كه ماهيت و كيفيت آنها مورد نظرشان است و با آرم مخصوص مشخص شده اند، بهره بگيرند.
