Answer: Iran’s oil fields contain oil reserves located in Iran’s offshore and onshore territory. Some of these fields are now active and some of them are inactive or are being developed.
According to official statistics published by Iran’s ministry of oil, the total extraction of crude reserves and gas condensate is over 154.8 billion barrels. itis estimated about 10% of the amount of oil in the world.
