پرسش:چگونه یک وکیل خوب باشیم؟
پاسخ:۱- گفتاروكيل خوب بايد دقیق ، ساده ، راست گو ، با علاقه و اعنماد به نفس باشد
۲- وكيل خوب بايد جسور ، شجاع و داراي شهامت باشد گاهي اوقات در جلسه دادگاه ديده شده كه اعتراض وكيل با شخص قاضي و روند پيش روي پرونده در جلسه باعث شده است كه راي قاضي عوض شده ، و حكم به نفع ديگري صادرگردد.وكيل بايد به استقلال فكري رسيده باشد و به آنچه آموخته اطمينان نمايد و برسر حرف خود پافشاري كند.
۳- اطلاعات عمومي وكيل
وكيل بايد تاحدودي از ساير علوم نيز اطلاعاتي داشته باشد مسلماً يك وكيل هنرمند و ياآشنا به ادبيات و روان شناسي بسيار بهتر مي تواند در جلسه دادگاه خود نمايي كند و به موقع تاثير گفتار خويش را بر قاضي پرونده بگذارد.
۴- وكيل بايد با تمام وجود كار كند.
با توجه به هر نياز هر پرونده وكيل بايد زمان بگذارد ، مطالعه كند ، باخبرگان مشورت كند و خود براي يك دفاع تمام وكمال در جلسه ي دادگاه آماده نمايد.
Question: What are the qualities of a good lawyer?
Answer:
1. A good lawyer’s speech must be accurate, simple, and straight-talking with passion and be self-confident.
2. Good lawyers must be bold, brave and have courage. It has sometimes been observed in the court that lawyers objected to the judge’s opinion and it caused them to change judgment at court and a warrant be issued in favor of another. Lawyers must keep their intellectual independence and trust what he/she learned and insist on what she / he said.
3. Lawyer’s general Information.
Lawyers should somewhat have information about other sciences surely an artist lawyer or familiar with the literature and psychology can show off better in trial and timely impressed judge .
4. Lawyers must be a hardworking.
Considering every need in every case lawyer should devote time to study and consult with experts and make safety defense for her / his own in the court.
