Question: some information about lawyer’s practice area.
Answer: Our lawyers are active in specific topics such as: divorce, bankruptcy, commitments, contracts, companies, murder, scam, accidents, atonement, cheque, malversation, transactions, arbitrations, and etc. But this doesn’t mean that the lawyer doesn’t have ability to practice law in other areas or doesn’t have expertise relevant to the other topics, selection of specific topics by the lawyer due to more experience and interest rate of lawyer to the topic. A lawyer, also known as an “attorney,” “counselor,” solicitor,” “barrister” or “advocate,” is an individual licensed by the state to engage in the practice of law and advise clients on legal matters. As advisors, lawyers counsel clients on how the facts of their particular case apply to the law.
پرسش: وکلا در چه زمینه هایی تخصص دارند؟
پاسخ: وکلای ما فقط در موضوعات خاص مانند طلاق، ورشکستگی، تعهدات، قراردادها، شرکتها، قتل، کلاهبرداری، تصادفات، دیه، چک، خیانت در امانت ومعاملات،داوری … قبول وکالت مینمایند. اما این بدان معنی نیست که وکیل مورد نظر حق وکالت در موضوعات دیگر را نداشته یا تخصص مربوط به آن موضوع را دارا نیست. بلکه گزینش موضوعات خاص توسط وکیل به لحاظ تجربه بیشتر و میزان علاقمندی وکیل به آن موضوع میباشد. وکلا که با نام های وکیل مدافع ، مشاور حقوقی . … خوانده میشوند افرادی دارای مجوز در زمینه فعالیت های حقوقی و مشاوره میباشند.در زمینه مشاوره وکلا حقایق مربوط به پرونده و پروسه ی اداری آنرا با توجه به قوانین برای موکلین بیان میکنند.
Question: What we have to do before visiting a lawyer?
Answer: before visiting a law office, all documents relating to the case or issue along with your identity papers should be prepared. Try to write down your questions beforehand up to not forget them.

پاسخ:قبل از مراجعه به دفتر وکالت، تمامی مدارک مربوط به پرونده یا موضوع را به همراه مدارک شناسایی خود، آماده کرده و به همراه داشته باشید. سعی کنید سوالات خود را از قبل یادداشت کنید تا آنها را فراموش نکنید.
