Question: How to get power of attorney in several fields
Answer: As your legal issue require numerous powers of attorneys to be set up, please talk to your lawyer about all items. Note that if you visit a lawyer for more than one issue, for example divorce and signing a contract power of attorney, you may get a lawyer just in divorce field. Any other claims that related to divorce are not your lawyer’s commitment. So if you are going to get lawyer for several fields, be sure to mention all items in the contract.
پرسش:گرفتن وکالت در چند زمینه مختلف چگونه است؟
پاسخ:اگر مشکل حقوقی شما به نحوی است که نیاز به تنظیم وکالتنامه های متعدد دارد حتماً در خصوص تمامی موارد و حق الوکاله آن با وکیل صحبت کنید. دقت کنید که اگر برای موضوعی مثل طلاق به وکیل مراجعه نموده اید و قرارداد وکالت را نیز امضاء نموده اید، شما فقط در موضوع طلاق دارای وکیل هستید. طرح دعاوی دیگری که مرتبط با موضوع طلاق است مثل مهریه، نفقه، حضانت و … در تعهد وکیل شما نیست! پس اگر قصد دارید برای تمامی دعاوی خود وکیل داشته باشید حتماً تمامی موارد را در قراردادتان قید کنید.

Answer: If your case requires a lot of time to be devoted for investigation and careful study, and documentation to be provided to the lawyer, he will need enough time for detailed comment. In several cases the lawyer needs to investigate and make inquiry from other sources. Be sure if a lawyer asks you for more time for detailed comment he/she is looking for the most correct answers.

پاسخ: اگر پرونده شما راجع به موضوعی است که مستندات و مدارک آن زیاد و اشراف به آن نیازمند صرف وقت و مطالعه دقیق می باشد با ارائه مدارک به وکیل، فرصت کافی برای اظهارنظر دقیق به وی بدهید. ، وکیل در برخی از موارد نیازمند تحقیق و استعلام از سایر مراجع می باشد. اطمینان داشته باشید وکلایی که برای اظهارنظر در مورد پرونده از شما مهلت بیشتری می خواهند به دنبال صحیحترین جواب هستند.
