Answer: A Trademark is a specific indication that distinguishes specific goods and services produced by a particular company or person. The origin of this word is from ancient times when craftsmen printed his/her Sign or symptom on his/her artwork.
In later years, these marks were replaced with a modern system of registration and protection of trademarks. This organization helps the consumers to use the specific nature and quality of goods and services that they consider and marked with a special logo.
